Hey friends! I haven't been on here in a while. I am so busy with work and trying to get all my shopping done for the holidays. When the holidays get here you almost don't have time for anything, and when you get break it just zooms right by you. Work is really crazy from Thnaksgiving to Christmas because we cook hams and turkeys and take a whole bunch of pie orders and people wait til the last minute to order so it puts us in a sticky situation. I do love it though. I really wish it would snow this year. All we have got so far is a bunch of rain and sleet. Then my brother called last night and was telling us how it was just snowing away in Las Vegas. What's up with that? It's crazy. Well I have to get back to work or I'll be late. Maybe I'll have a little more time to write next week when I have a few days off. Bye for now.

Thinking...

So Sara just turned 18. I still can't believe it. We are all graduated from school and living our own lives. It's kinda scary at times. I have come to realize how much my family means to me and am so blessed with the family I have. I love my little town that I live in too. There is not much here, but there is no other place I would want to be as of now. All the weeks go by so fast and I can't believe we are already half way throught October. I can't wait til Halloween to see all the little kiddies dresses up. It's one of my favorite things in the world. It's late and I need some sleep.

Dance

This past week I have been helping Sara with a Young Women project. Her friend Heather and her decided to be in charge of the dance that was being hosted at our ward building. They had to pick a theme. They decided to go with techno rave.They got a bunch of things that were neon colors.Then they had to make signs and decorate the gym. I had to work and didn't think I would get to see but I got off early and got to run over there and take a glimpse. It turned out really good. Everyone had a blast.

Las Vegas and Missions

Well, I have about a week left until my family leaves for Vegas. I can't wait! We are going there for my cousin Trevor's mission farewell. I can't believe it is that time already! It has been a little weird seeing all the young men I have grown up with leaving for their missions. In the long run that is one of the best things they will ever do. To be called to serve your Heavenly Father is just such a great compliment. About two weeks ago my Grandma Janie was here and she asked me if I had ever thought about serving a mission. I told her no, because I guess never really thought about it being something I would like to do. Ever since she has asked me it has made me think a little more about "What If" I did go? I still have two years to think about it.
